Free Drawing Software

Google SketchUp (free) – Create, view, & modify 3D models. There is a professional version available for purchase.

GIMP (free) – this open source software is often referred as a free replacement for Photoshop. It is very powerful with many features. Portable version available.

Paint.net (free) – originally a free replacement for Microsoft Paint it has grown to be a free image editor. The source code is available under the MIT License.

Tux Paint (free) – open source drawing software for children

Zoner Draw 3 – can be used free of charge in a school or company. The only thing you have to do is register your copy in order to receive a serial/registration number.

DrawPlus 4 (Free) – create vector drawings, faimly tress, room layouts and web animations –

Blender (Free,GNU) is a 3D content creation software that allows you to model, shade, animate (etc) interactive 3D objects.
